God awful place. So jammed packed you cant do anything. Drunks everywhere. Nothing for adults to do but Bingo. Can't walk your dog without 900 golf carts flying by or kids out of control on bikes. Theres an extremely creepy lady who goes around and photographs children and people at their sites. Huge invasion of privacy. Very unsettling. And then they post those photos online as advertisement without permission. Disturbing to post children's photos especially kids in bathing suits. People blast music til all hours of the day and night with zero consideration for the other campers and the useless workers/security/manager do nothing about it. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

What a great campground. This place is huge, it's like it's own town been a few years since we have been here though. Planning a trip back soon. Love this place. Really nice campground.

This campground feels more like a trailer park than a vacation spot. It’s almost entirely full-time residents, with only a small section reserved for short-term (“transient”) campers. When we arrived, a staff member in a golf cart escorted us to our site. At first, I thought this was a nice perk, but it quickly became clear it was necessary—sites are cramped and not big-rig friendly, making parking very difficult. Our site was also littered with trash, which made me wonder if they even clean between guests. I might have overlooked that, but the real dealbreaker was the pool. The paint from the pool liner ruined all five of our family’s swimsuits. It adhered instantly to the fabric, wouldn’t wash off, and even transferred to our skin and camper furniture before we realized what had happened. After our stay, I reached out to management. They pointed to a small “pool rules” sign with a warning about the paint. None of us noticed this sign during our visit. Knowing about this problem but refusing to address it makes the situation even worse. Bottom line: I would absolutely not stay here again.

I will never book at this place again. My elderly mother broke both her legs and we have to help my father with her care. They will not refund anything said we had a user credit to use for this season. It was a September booking and it’s late in the season and we will be busy for months helping my mom. In today’s world where we all work hard for our money and then get no refund it’s just robbery especially when they had over two weeks to fill the spot. There should be certain circumstances where they at least give you some of your money back not keep everything. The girl was even rude when telling me. Needless to say we will never book here again.

Probably 60% full time residents (or vacation homes). 'Transient' campers are in one area, all gravel sites. Tight roads, have to unhook to fit in site. Fire rings are left in top of picnic tables (heavy). Our site had cigarette butts and candy wrappers strewn about. Pool looked nice and was a great size, but liner is failing and it sticks to fabric. On our way out we told the office our bathing suits were caked with the blue liner, ruined. They referenced the 'swim at your own risk' sign, as if its reasonable for a patron to assume a pool liner is or may be failing. Told us they'd call to discuss, never did. We pull a 33ft 5th wheel with a single rear wheel f250. If you're bigger than that you better be a confident operator...
