Bay Of Fires RV Park is a neat and well-maintained spot with a great location close to town. The facilities include water access and designated camping areas suitable for various vehicle sizes. However, the $30 nightly rate feels quite steep compared to similar mainland parks. At half that price, the park would likely have much better occupancy. The peaceful setting and convenient town access are appealing, though the lack of power and dump point are limiting factors.
Very nice spot walk to town, no power. Water, no dump point $30 a night far too expensive we stayed 1 night, have 7 vans drive in and back out because of price, if he dropped it to $15 at least he would fill it, we were the only ones there, we stayed in places on the mainland that were not this expensive
Place is very neat, 12 designated camping spots, 6 with a small seating area plus 2 areas for free setup to allow for the likes of buses. 6 of the sites accept very large vehicles. Has access to drinking grade water (3 taps on the park), rubbish bins, no generators allowed at all, and no toilets close by. A bit steep at $30 a night when the national parks are free with a parks pass and have toilets! All it needs is a single toilet and it would be worth the $30. It is about 15 minutes walk to town (1km) where there are public toilets. Lovely view at the park.
Good location to walk to shops etc Outdoor wooden seating available along side vehicle parking areas.
Great sites. Very neat & tidy RV Park. Very close to town. $15 cash. TV & Mobile. Dog's Welcome.👍
