Long Stay Caravan Park

This complex is one of Canberra's best kept secrets for affordable housing. The complex is owned by HousingACT and has a mix of modern 1,2 and 3 bedroom houses owned and rented by Hosing ACT and older houses owned by residents that can at times be purchased from the owner at the time, rent for these is currently $110 a week which includes sewerage, water, rubbish free ablution blocks, washers and dryers if required by owner. Houses rarely become available as residents dont want to leave. The complex is located centrally. It is only minutes from Woden, Erindale, Manuka, Fyshwick, and the city. It is a fantastic affordable place to live with great amenities. Although the name says caravan park, there is no facilities for short term caravan stays.
