Very clean and quite. Management is friendly and owner is cool and can be very resourceful when a situation arises. Renters I met are neighbourly, and I love that I can take my laundry there to dry. The management is awesome at servicing the machines.

I lived here two years . I liked living here because no one came to bother me everyone I talked with wanted to help if I needed it. People are friendly. Yes there are rules about keeping your grown clean and safety for our own families. The owners are fair to those who follow the rules

This is a VERY NICE mobile home park! Well kept up. The probably have the CLEANEST swimming pool in all of Fresno!

Owner & management are very nice & care about the people who live here. The salt water pool is a plus. Pet friendly as well. Some tenants do own their homes here but forget there are still rules that must be followed.

It's a very nice family oriented place to live, I have relatives and friends that live there. It has nice trailer for rent and good prices. Go check it out, plus has easy on and off freeway.
