Gateway RV Park

Be Warned: This campground is not very well run and you could easily end up without a space even when making a reservation. They operate on a cash or check basis only and do not take credit cards. We made a reservation for a 4-week stay and were assigned a large pull-through to accommodate our rig (we were even given the site number!), but 3 weeks prior to check-in they called to let us know that the owners had reassigned our pull-through space away from the highway to some of their friends. This left us with a non-level back-in site next to the highway for our stay. We ended up cancelling and did not stay here because if they can’t even handle reservations correctly, who knows what else is wrong at this place. Stay at your own risk!

Me and my fiance just moved in here everything is fantastic, its very quiet here. The wifi isnt as said BUT theres a TON of people on the internet and ALL spots arent entirely close to the office. SO NOTHING TO WHINE about. Just things to know ahead of time. We absolutely love it here and couldnt ask for a different place the PRICE TO LIVE HERE IS UNBEATABLE.

Grass was 8" high. We got soaked every time we went to our truck in the morning. Campground moved our site away from y-fi after we specifically requested a site. There was a scheduled power outage in the town that the host did not warn anybody about..

AMAZING environment for a park where half the spots are occupied by folks who live there. We’ve been full-time in the 40-foot Newmar class A for five years and I’ve never seen a gravel and grass park as well kept as this one. Park was quiet, neighbors friendly but not nosy, dogs all on a leash and super nice feel to the park without seeming stuck up or aloof. All RVs were well maintained and pride of ownership is evident. Will revisit.

Wonderful spot for us! We need a place near stores, clean and with showers. The host (Tami?) was so lovely and welcoming. Gave us a nice spot accross from bathroom. Level gravel spots. Well lit. Seemed safe. Host is available for your needs. The bathrooms/showers were spotless. It’s not fancy but that’s not what we needed. We only used electric so not sure about other hookups. Conveniently located off of 5 on 20. Highly recommend!
