Green Meadows Mobile Home Park

Ok my dad bought the lot at 160 40 years ago so say I know the Gedos well I used to know pretty much everyone back in the day this was a very nice park to live. I have watched the lot rent go up. As of today dad pays 690 a month. When his first neighbor remolded trailer beside their back porch is on Dads spot foot away from his shed and has always been fighting the 2 big pine trees right by his front door. Tried for years to get the park to cut it down. The roots has the slab of concrete bust and broke into peacies trailer uneven. Supposed to fix it last year came cut some limbs down left them in his yard concert by the front door never got fixed. The park is a joke anymore I wouldn't advise anyone to move here it's turning to little Mexico. And yeah if you lived out here you probably know me Paul Jackson. And another thing the park is charging him 45 extra a month for high speed Internet that he doesn't get. He said something once she told him it's in the lease. I know by law they can't charge you for something you don't get. Dad is a Vietnam veteran so I'm getting a VA attorney on that one. They truly treat the older white people like trash. But I have been running my mouth to her and mantince and when they start talking Spanish I tell them both to shut up to me you talking English then back to your language that's a sign of disrespect so I have no choice but to be disrespectful back. This is just the beginning because I won't back down. Thank you for hearing me out. Trust me you don't want to move here. Keep in mind the company out of New York oak wood same company that owned all those apartments by Doctors West that the closed down because they wasn't following city ordnance

I used to live here and it wasn't great. Rabid dogs and drug addicts everywhere. What a mess.

There's a lot of friendly people that live out here there's also a lot of nosy people that live out here and there's also a lot of people that think that this road is a speed strip

Mariela was great she helped me and my family a lot. She gave us all the information we needed and she was very pleasant and friendly the park looks amazing compared to how it used to look like planning on moving soon.

The park manager is so very rude and seems to quite enjoy threatening the tenants. Corporate is not much better at all, always very rude over the phone and does not seem to care about the everyday people who lease space here. The park is big on enforcing the rules for the tenants but very lacking in keeping up their end of the bargain; bad roads, poor signage etc.
