Wood Mountain Regional Park

Park was nice....the highway has been patched but there was a section that had a lot of gravel on it for about 50 ft..

No rodeo but an event not to be missed when it returns. Great concessions. The pool looks amazing. Camping spots and hiking areas.

Nice place to go camping. Good pool for the kids. Concession near campground open daily. Also museum and rodeo grounds close to campground.

The park itself is beautiful. The pool is wonderful and perfect for families with little kids. It's a great place to get away and relax!!!

It does the job. Spots are not leveled, and narrow. Water is rich in iron, so don't fill your water tank... On the bright side, you'll never see skies like that. Far from everything, you'll enjoy the quietness. You'll feel like a cowboy for a night... concession is what to expect. Make sure to bring your checkbook, as it is self registration, and you need to leave payment in a mailbox. No cash... Pool, and play area are perfect for young kids... Enjoy!
