The property manager is the best I've had since I've been renting. She cares about her residents and is very helpful. She is very understanding and actually listens to each resident. I wish there were more people like her.

The way this park has improved recently is AMAZING!! A few years ago this would’ve never been a place I’d be proud to live but we moved in about a month ago and couldn’t be happier! The park is kept up nicely, it’s friendly and quiet! The manager made moving in a breeze and her personal touches really make it feel like home, you can tell she works hard to make this a pleasant community to live and I can’t wait to see how much more it grows!

Since Shelly has become manager, this park started really taking a turn in all of the right directions! She is easy to contact, always gets back to you, and takes all requests and inquiries seriously! I am seeing this place turn into a real community!

When I first moved here a couple years ago, I had difficulty with previous management getting my issues and problems resolved with my home. Once the new manager, Shelly Rowley, came in, things really changed. This place is becoming a community again. It’s growing and turning around and reminds me of how things were back when I was a child. Any and all complaints or issues I have, are taken seriously and dealt with in a timely manner. If you asked me 2 years ago if I would recommend this place, I would’ve said no, but today I’ll say yes!

We are new to the area, and we really like our property. It is clean And a great place for the family. The Manager Shelley, is doing her part to make sure that this is a great place to live. There is a sense of community here and neighbors help neighbors. I recommend this place to everybody who's looking for somewhere to live.
