Michelle Just a couple thoughts of items that could be looked at: -we have a very high rate of speeding in the camp ground. Folks may think car however e-bike and golf carts are a bigger issue. -the amount of bikes and scooters after dark house may present a safety issue. - non-LP campers using site facilities. Ex: pool restrooms and laundry. Dave. Please call if you would like to chat about these.

This is a campground, so no rating on "rooms", but the campsite I had was nice and allowed for a comfortable setup. This is my third review during my summer stay and received this review for the additional 2 weeks I added to my 2 month stay. The campground, location, office and maintenance staff are awesome, and the campground is very well maintained. There are plenty of amenities and actvities, but I primarily used the pickleball courts and met a great group of fellow pickleball enthusiasts. Kudos to the campground staff, to include the wonderful group of camp workers that I have gotten to know very well, for ensuring a nice place to spend time in beautiful Colchester conveniently located near Mallets Bay, the Islands, Burlington, and so much more. Finally, I can't say enough about all the staff as they have been so helpful, pleasant, friendly, and generally has made my stay a wonderful one. Thank you!

A pretty nice campground overall just a few things keeps it from being the top review. The roads are paved and at least the site we had was large and flat, also grass. This place also has a lot of activities here including pickleball, basketball court, a pool, mini-golf, and a meeting hall. They do have a nice laundry and two shower houses here with restrooms but they're very few showers in each. Also make sure you have extensions for both your water and power connections as a site layout can make this a long stretch to hook up. We only interacted with the staff once and found them both friendly and helpful. Cell phone connection is okay although in general I found LTE to be the most common reception and I have a T-Mobile phone. Justin walking around it appears approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the sites RBM used by seasonal campers. Seasonal campers are also the only ones that get free Wi-Fi as everyone else has to pay an outside vendor who provides it. I paid $20 for 3 days for a single computer and prices go up from there. If you have a smart TV or something similar for streaming video, you have to pay for two devices, for a month, which I believe will cost over $100 per month.

I would have given them a 5 but we had a hard time with the hot water in the shower. The campground is beautiful, the staff was very accommodating and super friendly. I called after hours to have some wood delivered to our site and within 5 minutes a guy was there. We had a great time

Very clean campsites and facilities. Staff was very friendly. Located right next to the highway so don't expect peace and quiet. Every sign at the pools say NO to everything including inflatables. A bit overwhelming/unfriendly and bring your own chairs to relax since only 4 picnic tables are provided. The roads are like a golf cart race track with them whizzing by until about 11 pm nightly, even though quiet hours begin at 10 I believe. It's almost comical but very dangerous as you walk your dog for its last potty. We were located on a corner where several carts took the corner way too fast after dark. We saw the same people going around and around and around for HOURS as we were just trying to enjoy a quiet fire. Very odd. Also encountered a few random intoxicated men (not together), including one bent over leaning on the dumpster at 3pm. Definitely wouldn't send my 12 year old daughter to the rest room alone after that. Free mini golf is nice and the fenced in dog area is very handy. Overall the campground is fine, but if you prefer quiet and peaceful, this isn't the place.
