Less than ten minutes ago a most kind and professional staff member approached on the gaming floor to bring me a $181.25 voucher I had neglected at the last game I played. I think her name began with an E or a V…, I should have written it down…. But thank you so much!!
We go to often. Almost weekly actually. We always eat in deli. For us they have best food. Very friendly staff we have got to know. Manager Michael is great guy. Winning seems to go in streaks for us. We have done well one time and no so much next. If I had real complaint it’s they are constantly moving machines around.
Well, I asked for a handicap room because my friend is on oxygen and cant walk far. I was not told that handicap rooms were the furthest away. My friend could barely make it. I would think handicap rooms would be like handicap parking, CLOSE TO THE ENTRANCES. Anyway no big deal right, we'll we ended up getting a scooter for her and was charged 75.00. Thats not right. I asked for handicap. Scooters are free to use a grocery stores. I guess if this is the policy on your handicap folks we will not be back.
We just saw the animated video of the new casino and restaurant. It looked very nice, hopefully a better user flow. Besides really never having any winnings over the 10 years plus of visiting a few questions remain. The last visiting we tried the breakfast buffet and was not good, good meaning just that. The staff on the floor were helpful when my phone was missed place and security was able to return it after a short time, that was a relief, I've lost my phone in alot of casinos and have always been able to retrieve. My three stars is based on three being average. For 90 percent of visiting we were satisfied and the other 10 percent is because of poor return on slots and some minor staff issues. Oh, last the rooms were dated with wear.
This Casino is beautiful. The artwork and wood work is wonderful to look at. The courtyard is gorgeous as well. I haven't spent the night so I can't speak to the rooms, but it's a beautiful building.
