Cottonwood RV & Mh Park-- Plus RV Storage

This place, while a little barren, saved our butts when our Bus broke down. Last minute reservation and we were welcomed right in. Hookups have been reliable and easy. Quiet days and nights. Convenient location.

We were lucky enough to find this gem on our travels!!! The hosts were great and were easy to contact and replied immediately. Super nice people I might add! We are definitely keeping this one in our contacts! It was very peaceful and quiet and we felt safe! It is a work in progress but I love what they are doing! I love the new wooden fence!!! Great experience staying at the park. Spent 6 months in New Mexico for work and I’m glad I chose this park. The landlord is understanding and easy to work with. I had some damage done to the camper on my trip down from North Dakota and one weekend I had to take the camper down to Albuquerque to get fixed, instead of having to get a hotel Phil put me in one of his empty units for the time being. Great guy, willing to help you when you need it. I highly recommend this park and if I get sent back out will come back without a doubt.

I stayed at this RV park for about 10 enjoyable months, wish my work would’ve worked out I could have stayed another several more years. My landlord worked with me till the end even stayed a little longer for something to come up. Miss my own parking. The privacy. And the quiet evenings. Rent was very affordable and WiFi was great. I would stay there again if I get another call for work. We need more people like them in this world thanks Phil for your help.

stayed here for one month in my camper. It's a safe area with gorgeous mountain views. The owner has full hookups plus Wifi for a very affordable price. The neighbors are quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Only a mile from Wal-Mart and the casino. Trash haul is on site, and there are plenty of friendly animals around to pet. Never had a problem wish we could stay longer.
