We stayed here in our 5th wheel for 6 months. The campground is well managed and maintained meticulously. I would definitely recommend this place to other campers. My sister enjoyed her stay so much that she decided to purchase a home there for her winter get away….
My partners grandparents have had a place in Villa Margaret for a long time, they say a lot has changed in the park, I’ve been going down every year for 7 years now and the park is always clean, they have added some nice updates over the last few years and this past trip our stay coincided with their holiday party for residents which we of course got an invite to and it was really nice to see the community come together! We also captured this picture of this absolute dinosaur parading around as a green iguana!
Villa Margaret is a phenomenal RV park. The owners are on site and always available to help. The park is very clean with great black-top paved roads. The owners catered a Thanksgiving dinner for all campers and full time residents and guests. Then at Christmas, they provided all the meat for a pot luck Christmas dinner. The residents are friendly and genuinely family for each other. You can fish on site with a fish cleaning station. We walked and rode bikes on the great hike and bike trails that are close. We watched rocket launches from our RV, launched from Cape Canaveral. Summary - a great place for campers and anyone interested in long term residency. We will stay there again.
Great place, quiet, peaceful... Teresa is awesome... definitely we're coming back...
This place is a refreshing change from other parks. Family owned and operated, it is a quiet community of generally long term or seasonal folks, but they also cater to and accept transient stays. Theresa took us around the park in her golf cart and let us choose our own site. The park is near enough to town, yet set back off the road so you don't get traffic noise. No pool, bath house/showers, or cable. We did receive OTA channels and internet was OK where we were in site 320 and site was solid and level. Great little creek to fish in (caught several catfish and others). Bonus is the husband, Steve and his brother operate 2 Brothers Mobile RV Repair out of the park. They fixed my a/c (new controller and thermostat) within an hour and are reasonably priced. Friendly staff and residents.
