Doing laundry at Pilot truck stops is always a pain because the machines are out of order. Seriously, isn’t it about time someone did something about this?

I’m a regular at this gas station, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Trent and Taylor! They’re always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind every time I stop in. The store is always clean and well-kept, and they go out of their way to make sure customers feel welcome. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but these two make it happen every time. Keep up the awesome work, Trent and Taylor!

2/10/25 At noon ! The old lady her name is Mandy she is super rude i think she is frustrated from her job advise if you don’t like your job find another one but don’t through your frustration to the Drivers ! Very very bad experience with her we always fueling from this pilot like 4 times a week but the way today she treat me never ever come over here ! First time I seen this kind of frustrated employee at Flying j ! Humble request to Management please keep an eye on her she through her frustration on peoples same time we notice two to three drivers outside discuss about her behaviour with the drivers ! Flying j lost a almost 500 gallons from my side I know it’s nothing but Penney makes a dollar if there is one Penney short in 100$ bills it was not 100$ bill So thank you so much Mandy for your great great customer service good luck ! Restrooms are super clean that’s why we always stop here but this lady giving us hard time 2/10/25

This place has a wide range of convenience store items and amenities for professional drivers, such as showers. They were struggling to get people through checkout...not sure why. They ended up opening two more registers eventually. The cashier was very friendly.
