Staff at the office (Nick) was super friendly and had great info. Site 4 is smaller than expected, but we made it work. Our trailer is 27ft (33ft tongue to bumper) and it's tight, but we got it parked!
A well-maintained, city-style camping site. We truly enjoyed our perfect days here, surrounded by peacocks and a breathtaking, tranquil round lake.
What a Diamond in the ruff. This place has 18 sites with big rewards. Electric and water at each site .Reasonable price. We travel from state to state found it by accident. Where else can you be greeted by Peacocks. Easy access dump station. We maneuvered our Class A with no problems. Amenities are big showers with great water pressure and warm water, trails, park for kiddies. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Did miss having a little store , but Dollar store up the street . Would definitely return. Thanks for having us Magnolia park . The Host was awesome
What a lovely, quiet natural park. Friendly staff who keep it clean and cared for. Spacious and fairly private sites because of the way they are laid out. Perfect for cyclists with access to Apopka Lake Loop and trails. It feels like wilderness with the variety of wildlife, yet shops, laundry, restaurants etc are 10-15 minutes away. It was a pleasure to spend a few nights here although very hot in March.
Campgrounds were nice, clean and had a lot of space between each other, some more than others. There are less than 20 lots in the campgrounds and it was full the night we stayed. It was super quiet even though we were right next to the rest area. Lots families here which was nice to see. My kids loved all the playgrounds, 4 in all and each one had different things to do. Each lot has 30 and 50 electric plugs in it as well as two places to plug in hoses. There was even a plug to plug in a extension cord for outside stuff too. There is a dump station as you exit the site. It was clean and well kept. The restrooms were clean and everything was well lit at night. For it being full, it was very quiet at night and we felt safe the entire time. We saw the park rangers multiple times cleaning up, maintaining the area and driving around watching over the park. You can bring your dogs too as long as you have proof of vaccinations. Lots of peacocks in the park and some had babies. We will definitely be back for a longer visit.
