You park itself is very clean. It seemed there was a lot to do there,Always something going on. But it was definitely quiet and quaint. Looking forward to going back again.

My parents come here for the winter - they love it and I am very happy for them. We come and visit as regular as we can and it’s always nice and the people are great!

A gem of a resort with amenities like, library, pool, hot tub, pool tables, pickle ball courts, golf course nearby, laundromat, spaces & park models to own or rent. Well maintained, friendly owners, staff & renters.

This place is I credible..were actually going to rent a spot there for the remaining 2 months were here with a great chance of us purchasing our own lot..we loved it that much. The people are so friendly..

This is an owner occupied 55+ RV park. All lots are privately owned and many of the sites can be rented directly from the owners. It is situated on Blythe Municipal Golf course which is a great full length course averaging 30.00/round. The people are friendly. and the clubhouse includes a beautiful pool. There are many activities to keep you busy. They have sites you can rent for your own RV or if you don't have an RV, there are owners that rent their fully equipped park model trailers and RVs. The park is exceptionally clean and well maintained by the Home Owners Association. They do advertise rentals and sales on their website however the park manager is well versed in what is available. You won't regret your stay here.
