Very nice RV campground. Clean and well maintained, with friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed watching the salmon swim upstream in the river and seeing the pony and chickens. Wish we could've stayed longer!
Staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more often. Good laundry facilities and great views
Nicolston Dam RV Park is a beautiful, well-kept campground. The sites are all grassy, large, and easy to get into with any size trailer. Kids will love this place as it has a beautiful swimming pool, river to fish and kayak in, and great playground equipment. Alliston is nearby and Barrie is less than 30 minutes.
I love this place! They have made so many improvements since we were here a few years ago, it just keeps getting better. Great Wi-Fi, awesome dog park, pool and playgrounds for the kids. The owners are the BEST!
As much as I don’t want to post this in fear of competition with other campers, I simply have to! Likely the largest, cleanest, friendliest and family oriented gem for families with big camping gear and small alike. The Nottawasaga River snakes it’s way through the park and many sites are right in the water. You have to try it out! Close to home, close to amenities and feels like you are away from it all. I’d give them 6 stars if another was available. The website leave a lot to be desired, and they are not the easiest to book with, but when your get in, everything else is like clockwork!
