Twin Dolphins Holiday Park

I am a local & have been here for 2&1/2yrs now& i actually deliver to this holiday park i just wanted to say in the begining i thought great location but the place looked really out dated &non appealing considering the gorgeous area it caters for,but in the last 12months its looking more&more welcoming& cleaned up &professionally run,The manager Fiona Weston has done a fantastic job in making it run like a business & maintaining that polite but professional approach in keeping the park the way it should be.the lovely lady Belinda who multi tasks between cleaning& fill in office work is also a credit to this business,its people like this who take pride in there work&do there jobs well that keep your company going,so please look after these employees& keep them as again they are a great asset to this business.

The rooms are great and the beds are quite comfortable, the WiFi showed a guest WiFi but when you try to connect it disappears and there's no advertised WiFi password in the cabins. The place itself is beautiful with a lovely pool on site. But located up against residentials which personalty i would prefer to be a little secluded. But that's just me. It was a lovely stay with beautiful friendly staff.

Yesterday I called to enquire about a parcel of mine that had gone missing in the post only to find that my parcel had accidently been delivered to the caravan park 2 weeks earlier and the office girls made no attempt to return my parcel to Australia Post. When I stated my concern I was told they were too busy to take the parcel back I enquired why didn't you give to the Postie when he came and the replied that he wouldn't take the parcel back. These girls had answer for everything. I left , drove to the Post Office and filed a complaint. The girls were not being truthful. They also were holding some other innocent unsuspecting person's parcel.

Great location childrens park needs updates Toilets and showers are clean pool is a great size the park also Doesn't have a jumping Pillow overall the park needs an update and alot of love

Good holiday park, great location and lovely for kids. Had a weird water pipe over our pool view room which made noises all night long but other than that pleasant stay.
