We stayed with our travel trailer at Crystal Springs Campground. The spot is very well maintained snd do peaceful. Beautiful stop and just a short drive to Lava Hot Springs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!
Beautiful campground. Grassy, lots of shade, fun swimming hole. Very well maintained & clean incl the porta potties. Loved the 20 amp power to charge our various devices/equipment. Less expensive than other campgrounds closer to Lava Hot Springs. Close enough to Lava to enjoy the river float & pool fun. Bathrooms close. Dumpsters available & easily accessible. Quiet & peaceful. Staff very attentive & friendly! We loved it!!!
We camped here and had the best time! The campsites are beautiful and well maintained. The river next to the campground is perfect for my 3 year old all the way to my 11 year old. There’s shallow and deep parts and it’s so fun. Only downside is the trains that run close by. But that’s true of all campgrounds in the area. The owners were awesome to work with. They are very strict about visitors.
Beautiful camp ground. Really cool swimming ponds. This is definitely a family friendly campground! There's grass in every single site which makes it perfect for yard games and for kids to play. There was nothing but amazing service from camp hosts. Brooklyn made making a reservation easy and was friendly and answered all our questions. They seemed more than happy to answer all of our questions. Not a great location next to the train tracks at our site, but there are further away sites that might hear it less. Even with the noise from the train and road, we will be back and I would recommend it to everyone. Just bring headphones or ear plugs to sleep. :) Brooklyn, Gracie, Dawson, and Sophi, thanks a million for making our stay relaxing and fun!
The campsites we reserved were for a group and it was very nice. We had more shade than other sites, the water area is very nice for kids to play in and cool off, and we were able to play outside games. Although there are only porta-potties for bathrooms, they were kept clean. The trains and highway traffic did keep some family members up at night, but you can’t blame anyone for that. There are no water hook ups for trailers, but some sites do offer electricity. The camp hosts were very kind to us from making the reservations, to arriving to checking out. Overall, really a fun place to stay!
