New park makes for very modern, clean facilities. The laundry is exceptional. Easy drive through slabs, not too close to neighbours. Garden and trees are a work in progress. Second time here, won't be the last👍

Clean and modern amenities, it’s not the prettiest of parks but it is clean and well maintained. Great for an overnight stay or like us stay an extra night or two and take in the amazing sites and restaurants in Canberra which is a short drive away. Dog friendly

This place is basically a truck stop-over. The gardens and grass are/is dead, weeds, long - not maintained at all - in fact in our 4 nights at the property, we did not see one staff member outside of the office ha. Plenty of bindies and prickles as well. The bins were overflowing as well. Charging top dollar for a place with nothing for kids - no playground, no nothing! Our other issue is that we arrived (having booked 2 months in advance) to be told that our site had been taken by someone else and that she had to find us another available site??? Like um what? We had a reservation. Goodness me.

The park is devoid of any personality. It's very open and we overlooked a recycling yard just unattractive. Being so open the winds howled through with gusts up to 90 plus km hr one day, but around 50 or 60 km hr other days. The wind was relentless through the day but eased off during the night. Apparently September to November can be very windy in Canberra and I wouldn't recommend a visit during these months. 🤷 The roads in are wide and it's easy to get in and out of the park. We had a drive through site which was easy to get on but if you have a powered site I think the roads are a bit narrow reversing in. The amenities were clean but not enough for the size of the park. A big camp kitchen. There's no pools playgrounds or games rooms. The park was quiet. The staff who we only met on our arrival were lovely and helpful.

Stayed in a drive thru slab site, had an amazing stay. Close enough to town but in a quiet area. Top notch facilities, bathrooms are immaculate, nice big shower stalls. Camp kitchen is also spacious with heaps of bench space, ovens and cooktops. Gets breezy, but where doesn’t! Awesome place to leave the van and travel around and see the sights of Canberra! Perfect spot to watch the sunsets. Will definitely be back next time we are in Canberra, thanks guys!
