Wonderful people, high rent. The picnic area was needlessly destroyed and most of the trees cut down and not replaced. I would give it five stars if they brought back the picnic area, add a table, and replant some of the trees that used to make this the shady cool place with green spaces it used to be. They raise our rent every year the max amount leagley possible. And the only improvements have been lights that are bright enough for a prison.

Just moved in. The place is really affordable & the current residents look out for their own. Can be dodgy after dark, however. It is located on the shady side of town. I recommend it for living on the cheap. 👍

The manager is rude and disrespectful also she is very racist and her mom is also rude and she doez not take care of anything from the electricity to the plumbing and gas lines its the worst place to live in and you get chared for everything

Friendly people and affordable prices. Not much in the way of ammenaties but it makes up for it in neighbourly friendlyness.
