Matthew and Danny were absolutely the best! They were very informative, took their time, made sure we understood everything they were going over and really gave a good explanation of our camper and the workings of everything. They were so down to earth - they made you feel like “old friends”. HIGHLY recommend House of Camping! Much better experience than the last business we purchased a camper from!

This is a very well run shop with a really cool family-owned vibe you just don't find too often anymore, and a deep care for its customers. We had a couple very minor things come up with our camper after the warranty period and the House of Camping team jumped into action well outside of normal business hours on an Holiday weekend to provide support. It was simply nice to know how much they cared about us. George, Marc, Matt, and the entire team are truly exceptional! We've moved to WI since purchasing our Mini Lite from HOC, but we will most definitely go out of our way to purchase our next camper from them.

We had a wonderful, easy experience purchasing a trailer from George at House of Camping. He was quick to reply to my emails requesting a price quote and estimate of time for delivery for the trailer we wanted to order. When we went in it was a smooth process to order the trailer. Everything was as he quoted me, no surprises. Many dealers won't even quote you a price and if they do when you get there there's always other fees they didn't tell you about. We really appreciate the way they treat their customers. I would not hesitate to purchase a trailer here in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with George and family when purchasing our new camper. Their price was lower than ANYONE within 3 states, and they even gave us a discount for driving so far (from Indianapolis) on a Saturday. After offering me a very generous trade-in offer, with only pictures to go on, they even encouraged me to sell it myself (which I did) if I could. It took us 1 week from initial contact to pick-up, 6 days after our unit was built. George stayed after hours on Saturday to walk us through everything with our new camper, installed 2 batteries for us, and checked everything thoroughly before we got there. He even texted me the next Monday, asking if we had any issues or questions, and was so helpful during the whole buying process - from offering a lower price than anyone, numerous phone calls and texts to answer our questions, and making sure the camper was ready to go when we got there. Wonderful people, and such a great experience! Thank you George, and the rest of the House of Camping family!

Excellent customer service, this is our second travel trailer we purchased from them and we drive 2000+ miles from A.Z. to work with them. George is always on top of making sure we are happy. The walkthrough was through and helped us understand how to use the new Mini Lite
