Camp Barry - Great Lakes

The great lakes are absolutely amazing and beautiful, no need to reserve and make a space from online predators that take advantage of military families. IT'S A SCAM ALL AROUND. Honestly the best advice from a home grown and also a military and police fam, do your research!!!! Any ?? hit me up

Small campground on Naval Station Great Lakes, just down the road from the Marina. Good deal for $14 per night! Check in 1pm, checkout 11am.

I really enjoyed the scenery ☺️ an all the other things that you could do there.

This is a really beautiful spot, sunrise is amazing in the morning. Then right now at night there’s lightening bugs being from San Diego then Vegas I’ve never seen one and totally nerded out (it’s a bucket list thing) there are 10 (numbered with big signs) dispersed camping sites and it looks like one maybe two group sites. Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. There not too far from each other but the view is amazing, currently it’s really quite and peaceful.

Kind of hard to locate, camp spots are really close to each other but over all a decent place to stay.
