Quiet, safe, and clean. Management seems to care and they are making improvements daily. I'm a temporary resident on the RV side. Their prices are good, and we've really enjoyed every minute of being here for the past month.
I know people that have a place here. It's great but management is NOT. Company needs to oversee their management better. Manager makes promises to get you in then changes his mind after contract is signed!
This is a really nice and clean park with plenty of RV sites. People are friendly and management seems attentive and keeps up with things, with a couple serious exceptions. As at every park, there are deadbeats that let their dogs loose at times, so if you want to walk your dog, you need to be on the lookout. There is nothing worse than deadbeats loose dogs, these are the dogs that don’t get picked up after which is why lazy people let their dogs loose in the first place - 2 points. There is a lot of fast driving by some in vehicles and electric bicycles at times - 1 point. If it wasn’t for that, this would be a 5 star rating. Decent laundry facility at very good prices.
Second summer spent at Coachman's Terrace. The location is great, facility is spotless, great water, power and sewer systems. Kyle is a top notch facility manager. I find him very friendly, customer focused and readily available. He responds quickly and has addressed any issues (very few) I have had. I especially appreciate the time he spent explaining and helping understand the various forms that needed to be completed. He also offered great advice on dining establishments and entertainment venues. I hope to return next summer (it's a lot cheaper than owning a summer home in the Lake Geneva area!).
Great monthly RV options at a reasonable price (2022 season about $850/mo). Lots of shade. Nice pool. Pretty quiet overall. Responsive property manager. Would absolutely stay again. One tip - Definitely need Calgon to use the laundry and a water softener at your site - the water is hard enough to turn everything brown.
