•50amp/30amp •Water •Sewer •Trash •Restrooms •Showers •Space •Kid friendly •Pet friendly Richard is the owner, very friendly & accommodating and BEST part is the rate is so affordable, very inexpensive. Absolutely recommend this RV park to anyone.

Long-term rentals mostly. Limited short-term. Conveniently located. New manager, Richard, very responsive & actively working to upgrade sites. Highway noise & train are unavoidable.

My wife and I were here not all that long ago. Great prices and convenient location. We paid $80 for 2 nights. It did take some getting used to with the train. It comes through every few hours. Great place though.

Very nice quiet and reasonably priced! Shirley is an awesome manager! She doesn’t allow loud noises or any mischief! Showers and bathroom is extremely clean! So glad I found this great spot
