Meadow Park

I was trying to buy a trailer and no one in the office told me the someone else buy it from underneath me for less what I offer. Along with when I was instead in that trailer I didn't get my answer until June instead of when I was instead in a trailer, when I had the money to buy it. The office as very bad communication skills with anyone trying to buy or who lives in the community.

Lot rents go up every year. Now paying $300 more a month than when I moved in. Ownership and management changes every few years so no stability. Drugs are a problem. Park is quiet and in good location.

it's ok i havr a friend there its a mobile home park come on whats there to say.but its not a bad place to live id say .but I've lived in some ruff spots and this is like super laid back.clean and people all seem nice for the most part and there well so nice i guess

Not a whole lot I can say about Meadow Park. Its a trailer home where when can live and its ok. Have friend that I visit there but its not a place I would personally live. I'm not sure why anyone would live in a trailer as one could get a decent apartment for the same cost. To each his or her own I guess.

Nice mobile home park. Quiet neighborhood, everyone is really nice and helpful. It's right across the bridge from the college and a 5-10 min drive to EVERYTHING! The only down side is potholes, takes them a while to fill them in. but they are easy to avoid and when you have many people driving on one small road it's to be expected that there would be potholes.
