Been staying here for couple of years everytime there's Turnaround at Marathon plant we are from Texas.. The owners are amazing humble folks 🙌. We recommend this place.

Great RV park. You are close to La Carreta, must try in Laplace. RV park is centrally located, quick access to BR, NO, Gonzalez. The park owner are all chill, friendly. I will come back

We stay at this park every time we work in this area. Everyone we've spoke to has always been nice. Haven't been able to use WIFI. It's too slow. Wish they would up grade WIFI, it would really be nice. Trains loud certain times of the day & night . But overall, we've enjoyed staying here. Charge $575 for 50amp, $525 for 30amp, It's a laundromat on site & no bathhouse. You can receive mail & packages here.

I spent 3 months living her full time and the park and its owners were great! As a young woman living by herself for the first time I consistently felt safe and anytime I needed help it was available. They had mailboxes available on the property, and a great monthly rate. The only negatives is wifi is not great for streaming services unless you are booking up your own connection and most spots are gravel. If you’re looking for a great, safe, spot just outside of the city this is a great one! Highly recommend!

Very well managed park. Friendly helpful staff. No problems with utilities or cable. Safe quiet park with mostly people who are working in plants. No noise issues or loud parties experienced in over a years stay. The owners are great and keep a close eye on everything. I will definitely recommend to friends and business associates.
