My old mom, dad and mentally challenged brother were searching for a home in this bad economy. I appreciate the people there being kind and explaining they didn't have spots open at the time, unlike some places that treated my family so rudely and humanless. May God bless you guys.
Great place, store and RV there, they have been great at every turn. I couldn't come up with a bad thing to say if I tried, everyone is friendly, they even caught some homeless trying to break in and ran him off, also tried to run me off at night one night till they saw it was me.lol wonderful ppl. Hi Larry! Ty
The neighborhood is very quiet. The residents here keep to themselves but are friendly amongst one another nonetheless. The grounds are kept clean, and the manager, Larry, is always on top of things. He ensures his neighborhood is clean, quiet, and orderly. There are rarely any vacancies, it seems - those who live at the park seem to stay long term. Nice place to live. For those of you wanting to rent a spot, it's imperative you go see Larry at lot number 19. He's right across from the laundry building.
Can't even find out if there are any vacancies. The phone number advertised does not work. I live out of town. So going and seeing the guy in lot number nineteen isnot possible
This is good place to reside. Quiet and relaxing. But right now we have a problem with a homeless man on a broken down truck in front of here. It is very noisy with him and a bunch of his vagrant pals always out front. They let their pitbull run wild., fight, argue, sneak around the property late at night ( probably looking to steal from the residence), it's been going on for 3 weeks. Called cops don't know if they came or not,. But usually it's quiet here. How do we get rid of the vagrants?? Trouble making very loud all hours of the day and night
