This place is off the chain! Had a totally good experience this morning 19 minutes after midnight when I stopped in to get a couple of snacks traveling back to Colorado from Michigan! The team working tonight/today were (20 minutes later)-haha identified by Becky, Heather, and Josh! I was just running in but ended up staying for a really great conversation with all three of them. They were all so awesome and were able to make suggestions and even helped my little puppy out when we came in. I appreciated their friendly approach and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS to say the least. What an amazing team I wasn’t expecting or prepared to meet today. Travel back and forth a lot! I will be very upset to find anyone one of them no longer here when I do! Fire any one of them and corporate? You will be hearing from me-haha!
Awesome place. Great service by Dacia got our order correct all the way. Ella is amazing super nice. 5 stars.
Restaurant is ok. Don’t get the smothered turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy. It was cooked lunch meat with instant potatoes .
TA should fire this two guys working in the mechanical shop and front desk on 10/09/25. I arrived 6am and ask to check my truck for codes and see if they can fix. They were both looking angry and don’t want to provide service, they ignore me for a while and finally respond we can’t help you for no reason. They didn’t say they were busy, I was willing to wait. I left the shop went inside my truck and watched almost two hours. They were not doing any work or look busy. When I went back couple times. They finally put my name in the list and told me to wait 4 hours. They call me door 4 at 1pm. He started forced regent and unhooked the computer, how he or me would know the codes. Now it’s 1:44pm the regent completed no one came to check me. I am afraid if I go back inside and ask a question they will be yelling at me. Now I have no choice but just to leave after they wasted my time. TA should fire these two they will not help your customers or make money for you. Customers don’t waste your time coming here. I had a very bad!!! experience
TA should close this facility store and shop if don't want to provide service to truckers. Shop people's lazy just sitting but acting like they super busy. Come on guys be honest about your job .
