Not happy with you all! OTR expediter, been stopping here for fuel, food, showers, and too sleep for the last 5 years. Actually love the spot, kinda tucked out of the way, good size parking lot, plenty of showers. Tonight I go to lay down only for 'knock knock' no overnight parking. The manager I spoke with was a nice enough fella, he was taking orders from his boss. Now I'm thinking maybe a call into Uncle Jimmy may need to be in order. I spend too much money in the Pilot chain! my $ spends as good as a bobtail yet I don't see you throwing them out. Expediter Lives Matter!! Is what it is, smh...disappointed!

V cheap people i just get small cup with 3 to 4 sip of water and they charge me 59 cents with attitude old lady i never see pilot flying j that cheap before shameful for pf

Lots of fuel islands, parking was okbbut way too many reverse on the outside lanes. Well stocked friendly. Clean. 🚿 amazing water pressure. Well stocked. No real issues.

Clean & stocked with friendly personnel! Have a lot of snacks/ goodies & souvenirs. The ‘hot-on-the-go foods’ were real low. I personally like J’s bc of their soup counter & my husband likes their hot foods so it was kinda a bust for us, disappointing, & no soups were actually out. They had it set up for corn chowder it looked like but it was empty & was the only soup offered. We’ve never stopped over at a J’s & not had hot foods or soup at 6pm. So we ate at Denny’s which is attached inside & was very good! Great service & food! Showers were nice,clean & hot! Bathrooms were pretty clean. The laundry room however? It was dirtier than the piks show. I mean, come on guys- It’s a ‘laundry room’! You shouldn’t have to dodge areas to keep your newly washed clothes from getting dirty. & the machines? I swear it’s like the machines washed everything halfway smh & this time I put in half loads to make sure things got clean & still didn’t make a difference. Please get someone in there to work on your machines or bring in newer ones that aren’t 20 years old. & come on guys- grab a broom & mop,maybe wipe down the washers. There’s plenty of parking spots, trucks were still rolling in around 7-8pm & was still a few spots left along with reserved parking spots.
