Ky I 65 RV Park

Stayed their for the past year with my roommate, just moved out in Nov 1 of 2025, and I absolutely adore it. If I ever need to rent/lease a tiny home again, this location will be at the top of my list.

I absolutely love living here, the landlords are very sweet and respectful. They always help me when I need something taking care of! They always make sure their park is clean. I would 10/10 recommend living here. They also have great prices, compared to other places 👑💜

Lived there almost 2 years and at first it was awesome we loved it. Then the landlords moved offsite and everything started going down south the dumpster area stays a mess the laundry house smells like cat pee at times when people have came to wash clothes the shower houses stay locked up where you can’t use them there is never any toilet paper in the bathrooms the at the laundry people would let their dogs run free and would get into peoples trash on their porches and there before we moved I wasn’t getting my mail it was being sent back to where it was sent from

Needed a place in Tennessee for a month and Southern Comfort (I think they just changed their name) worked out really great. There aren't many RV parks I've been to where you can walk a few hundred yards and see kangaroos so that was pretty cool. The laundry was really great, super easy to use. Manager there was nice. Thank you for a great stay!

We’ve been here going on 3 months and very happy. Still under construction but going fast. Laundry room almost completed and can’t wait. Totally year round and they encourage wintering your camper with underpinnings . Great owners! Very accommodating. Not much grass for pets but I think next year it will grow back and be just right. Reasonable rates as well. The best I’ve found so far. I highly recommend. Especially next year. Should be in full swing then.
