I was here overnight, the facility is nice and clean, the parking space is limited though. Read so many negative reviews and decided to see for myself. It was a positive experience. There are 4 showers and small men's room but it was clean and tidy. The clerk in the morning was pleasant and respectful. Thank you

5 stars just for the amount of space in front of the parking lots. This should be standard.

The pilot has never cared about his clients and drivers. The pilot only talks about how good he is in his advertising. In reality, they don't do anything to earn a pilot even one star. This pilot has four showers. One is occupied. The other three are idle after use and no one cleans them. I've been waiting for 40 minutes. It's 3:40 in the morning, and I haven't slept yet. And it's unknown when the staff will deign to clean the showers after use. Why? Because the staff only wants one thing: for drivers to never come here and bother them. Update. I sat there for 40 minutes, waiting for a shower to become available. I was first in line the whole time. And what do I see? The shift supervisor walks around the sales floor and sees me waiting for a shower. She goes to the showers, opens one for a second, makes sure it's clean, and then enters the service PIN on the electronic lock, thereby activating the shower. And the monitor immediately shows that I can shower. So they're deliberately stalling and not activating the showers so that in the end, per shift, they'll clean (for example) 20 showers instead of 35. (Or 30 instead of 50. Or 10 instead of 25.) Great idea, guys. Pilot, did they come up with this plan themselves, or did you come up with this plan for your employees? So you're constantly short-staffed because no one wants to work for you?

I got kind of annoyed because the sign made it look like a pizzeria was inside just to discover it being regular truck stop pizza. But then after eating it I was like wait a minute... this tastes like an actual restaurant.

Nicely managed flying j, very friendly staff and not as hectic as the other truck stops. Plenty of parking if you get here in the morning. Pleasant flying J, nice place to get some rest and rejuvenate. Other truck stops can be stressful and hectic with the rush, this one is more peaceful in salt lake
