Great quiet place no one is out partying though rent has gone up significantly over all have wifi and spectrum

Laundry facility is nice, but with only 4 washers and dryers. More would be useful in a park that size. Men's bathroom is 1/5 with paper towels stuffed to conceal holes. Needs a remodel. Space are good with low road noise at night. Change machine should be placed in laundromat where the coins are needed.

Called this RV park home for a little over 7 years. The owners where very accommodating. In the last year we stayed here the owners where making updates to the facilities. Thank you for making our time here enjoyable.

Lived here 3 years and the last year was the best! Phil,Kelsy,Judy and Presley made it a great place. They do all they can possibly do to accommodate everyone and made the park a lot nicer! Recommend this park for temporary stays or long term if you like a friendly atmosphere and clean park!

Used to love the place. New owners... Higher rent... Less services. Very few amenities, laundry room and shower house. Laundry room usually has half of the equipment not working. Shower house hasn't been properly cleaned in SEVERAL months! What a shame! The old caretaker passed away, and apparently we're not paying the new caretaker enough ( or perhaps too much!). We are looking for another place. It was a place of long term full timers. It's becoming a place for migrant workers. No offense to them! I've been there. But standards are lost with new owners as far as cleanliness.
