Having fun here. What was intended to be a 4 month stay has turned into a 3 year stay. It is beautiful well cared for, and most people are nice. We like that is is easy access to the freeway and not to far from town. Thought the freeway is right there the noise isn't bad. The river is amazing, we often see eagles, foxes, otters, and other water fowl. Its also a very dog friendly park.
Decent park, we enjoyed it being right on the river. Super quiet. Only thing not enjoyed was that it was over run by cats, I’m guessing stray cats or cats someone just dump and now everyone in the park feeds them? We were put under a tree and one the cats kept climbing the tree and jumping on top of our RV. Emailed management but no response to that email. Other than the cats my only complaint would be the laundry room. The washers are a bit run down, some a rusted in some spots so I wish that they had newer cleaner washers. The dryers also take forever to dry some times takes a few cycles even for a small to medium load. Park is mostly older long term people.
This is a good place to stay or live long-term. The park is kept clean and orderly. The rules are enforced but fair. 4 stars mainly the location although convenient and quiet traffic wize the i-5 and rr track accross the river create a noticeable nose. More so the i-5 than the 5 or 6 trains a day do. But I feel it's worthwhile for the river view.
We stayed here for a little over 7 months ( we travel with our business) and it was a nice stay. Everyone for the most part got along and we never saw any drama. It's a big park and most everyone was nice. We stayed in a pull thru spot and our neighbors were very nice. Owners are very nice as well. Next to the river and also I-5 ( a little white noise). Would come back in the future.
We came with no reservations intending on staying a day or two. Soon as we set up...the wife informed me this was a really nice place and wanted to rest here a few days after 3 weeks of continuous travelling. So glad we stayed here. The manager and ground crew are super nice and always friendly. The place has clean showers, laundry facilities and restrooms. It also has a huge dog walking area and we used it everyday walking our dogs. I must mention that it was clean and mowed the whole time we were there. It has a lot of full time residents but the ones we met were very friendly and neighborly. Everyone always said hello and waved. That surprised me as several other rv parks with full timers weren't as friendly like here. Yes...it is close to the highway but they planted a very large row of Fir trees that are quite effective in cutting the noise down. Two weeks here and it never bothered us. We had a spot by the river and it was nice waking up to the birds around the river. I highly recommend this park. Other reviewers are correct in that you need keys to use the facilities but that is how they stay clean and was never an issue as long as you knew you need a key. They kindly issue you a key as you check in. Anyway...that was our experience and we loved it.
