First time showering at a Pilot & thanks to Dakota, it was a great experience! We normally use Love’s but decided to give Pilot a try since we earned a free shower from getting fuel. Unsure of how to use the app or redeem the free shower, my husband asked Dakota for help. He was more than willing to help! He was really friendly & talkative which isn’t normally a common occurrence at a truck stop so that was nice! All showers were full, but as soon as they became available they were promptly cleaned by Dakota & ready for use! The showers being clean & spacious was awesome! They could use a security lock, but the water pressure is strong & the water gets super hot! Super thankful for such a good experience after a long day of driving!
It's a pilot truck Stop with bigger parking spots, they're big enough. So we don't hit each other. It does have a subway that's nice, but the restrooms smell really bad. You don't even want to use the restrooms.
This gas station is spacious and clean. There were no issues with the pumps and they offer diesel fuel. There's a convenience store, a McDonald's and subway inside. The convenience store was well stocked and they even had DEF in stock! Overall it was a good experience stopping here for fuel and DEF.
Store is absolutely filthy. As soon as you walk in from the commercial side there's all kinds of gum stuck to the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in months. Felt really claustrophobic in there also. There is so many things that they've stuffed inside that pilot that it's really overwhelming.*on the plus side the shower was fantastic. Had great water pressure and it got super hot. I was really impressed and had just the best shower. The only problem was there was no security lock that kept anybody from walking in. The door and the hands were busted up and there was all kinds of holes on the back of the door where they had been previously broken off I'm guessing. *The ladies at the counter were really nice and other than it being really dirty and overstuffed it was okay.
