Great stopover for 48hours. No amenities on site for park. But a toilet NO BATHROOM in front of the camp-site. I think the council looks after these. Also 2 dog runs. Lots of people bringing their dogs there for a run. Lots of space, but get in early as the sites fill up quick! Walking distance to shops and lovely walking paths along the foreshore. The little tram that takes you for a ride through the town, is great! Lovely lady speaks of the history and about the town This is right next door. There is also a heated pool and gym close by too. Highly recommend!

A grassed area found behind the Tram Depot/Museum. 48 hrs only with the ranger visiting as its only for self-contained units, not tents. A dump point, potable water are located by the toilet block. Walking distance into town and botanical gardens on the opposite side of the oval/tennis court.

Grassed areas. Potable water available, RV dump point, public toilet, separate clean small dog park and large dog park. Not far from town.

Portland is a great town, and having a free overnight spot to pull up after a day travelling the Great Ocean Road is a bonus. We've got quite a long rig and this square of open, grassed land was perfect, even after quite a lot of recent rain (it is mid winter). It wasn't full when we stayed but there's a fair amount of space for several campers/vans. The town centre, botanic gardens and the foreshore path are only a short walk away and the tram museum is next door. The nearby toilets were spotless and if you're travelling with dogs there is a split (large/small) dog park too. Road traffic quietened overnight but the log yard machine worked through. We're pretty good sleepers so it didn't bother us much. I think there was a ship in, so it may not happen every night.

One of the best RV park! Situated right next to the cable tram, make sure u don’t park on the tram lane! There are - clean flush toilets - dump points - dog park - water refill taps ( next to the oval ) A few minutes walk to Portland Aquatic Centre if u want a hot shower 🚿 @yan_stewi_travels
