Grant Haven RV Campground

What a GREAT PLACE! We live in Bemidji but wanted a family friendly place where we could hold a 50th Birthday celebration with family and friends! Camping sites are amazing, bathrooms are top notch, all amenities, employees, and of course Meghan and Clayton are top notch owners! (Ooh and their kids are pretty awesome too) I would recommend staying here anytime! Wish we had more time to explore more! We will be back!

Very nice RV park. Everything looks new and cared for. Clean and spotless showers and bathrooms. A rare find. Town conveniences close but far enough away to allow quiet. Easy in, easy out with plenty of room to maneuver big rigs. Friendly and helpful owners. More than fair prices. I would come to Bemidji again as I found this place restful in all respects.

Second time staying at campground. Clayton fixed our 30 amp problem quickly. Bathrooms are clean & spotless. Site was well maintained and the whole campground had been upgraded with a fresh layer of crushed rock. Quiet. Peaceful. Great location. **side note: I pulled our camper in after having complete brake failure on Hwy 2. Clayton suggested going to Skip’s. Within 24 hours my truck was repaired and we could leave safely. Grateful for good local mechanic recommendation. **

This place is amazing- it is new, pet friendly, clean, and you can access off road trails right from the campground. The trails nearby are family friendly and link to different towns, restaurants and gas. They have beautiful views but if you are more adventurous, you can also go exploring and find some areas to test/learn skills such as climbing some sandy hills and even a few rocky ones. Machines can also be rented right from the campsite in case you have family/friends that want to join in a day of riding but do not have their own rig. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They even shared a map with some areas to be sure not to miss. They also took us out to show us a few harder trails we would have never discovered without them. We were also able to rent a trailer nearby so we could take our rigs to ride in a state park about 45 minutes away. Even after a week of riding, there was plenty in the area we did not get to. The location is also great as there is a movie theatre, coffee shop, restaurants, a brewery, run/bike/walking trail around the lake, downtown shops, and bigger box chain stores all within about 10 minutes. We’d definitely come back.

We stayed here for 2 whole months and couldn’t have been happier! This rv park is very quiet and relaxed! Great sunset views, lots of walking space if you have dogs, little play ground for kids, and when we were there they were building their office! We talked with the owners and their office will have laundry and showers as well as a small game room but honestly even tho it wasn’t finished this was still an amazing stay! They have a decent amount of long term and guests here for work but everyone is respectful and nice! Sites are close together but enough to still have a nice evening at your own site! I can NOT say enough about the owners they are so sweet and so helpful! I love that it’s far enough from Bemidji that night time is beautiful and quiet but you drive about 4 miles and you are in town! The owners also love to have events and get together with their guests! They had a Halloween party when we were there and it was so amazing to have the Halloween spirit even though we were so far from home!
