It's a little old but that's not a problem. It's very affordable and it's perfect to stay long term at. No fleas that the reviews mentioned, none that I've observed at least. Pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly. Good owners, they are fair and will work with you if you communicate.
Love staying here, it's quite and everyone's nice, the two who run it are amazing people, somehow the plug and or post was on fire and was found by a resident and put the fire out. The couple (management) stayed at my camper untill he fixed all the wiring on their end and replaced my plug. They didn't have to do any of this but they did and for them to get the job done instantly was amazing.
Management is pleasent to work with if your fallowing rules being respectful and not causing issues. Park does not have fleas. (unlike some reviewers statements that brought the fleas) also would like to state having things around your rv is not a problem many of us have tables chairs gardens grills. You do have to have your dogs leashed or monitored per rules. No one enters rvs when your not home. Have been here a while and never had any issues with management or others. There is a train that is rather loud though that will be nerve wracking at times but thats not on anyone it's just a thing. Is not far from many convinces of the city. Overall normally really quite. Sorrounded by trees so there's a natural wind shield from storms. There is a communal laundry room and bathroom. Also a larger laundry mat maybe 5 minutes down the road with industrial size washers that is next to a gas station and restaurant. There is wifi and cable.
4 months failed to repair my water. Eventually made me fix my own water. Pumps building basement out flooding my lot and doesn't care. Asked for the owners info and they beat my door twice past 8pm and called to see where I was. Lots of abandoned vehicles and RVs, but not allowed to own a Car and a Tow vehicle. Still can't figure out who owns the property to settle this.
Stayed in one of the apartments for about 6 weeks while working in the area. Owners are friendly, the room is spartan. You'll need your own linens, towels, cleaning supplies, cooking items and TV. I never heard the train at night in my room, the traffic noise is minimal. Its located a short drive from a major grocery store, an even shorter drive to a store with the essentials but higher prices. My neighbors were all friendly and I always felt safe there. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
