Del Sur Gardens RV Park

Management is very easy to talk to and voice concerns with. Management keeps up with things quickly around the park. The area is beautiful at night and very quiet. Able to make your space truly your own space within reason and it really makes this place feel like home. Also, a neighborhood road runner has made this his home so, make a friend!

The manager Hunter has done a great job making the park safe and clean and a place you can comfortably call home ,And he is a kind approachable man that has a lot of positive energy towards making everyone feel welcome.

I moved in October of 22 it has been a wonderful great experience the managers Cindy and Mike they are the best they helped me so much with so many different little tasks. Even when I was a little they were wonderful to me this is a great place to live

They have very poor facilities. They don't maintain the property and there is trash all over the place. The best way that I can explain the quality of the other tenants is by pointing out that once or twice a day, 3 or 4 police cars drive through the place. The park is in the middle of nowhere, so if you want Internet service, not possible. If you would like to take public transportation, you will have to walk about 5 miles to get to a bus stop. Want to have some food delivered? There is only one pizza place that will deliver there. If you still want to stay there, make certain that you get a receipt for every payment that you make because, somehow, the money you gave the managers disappears.

If you rent here they make you move out for 48 hours then maybe you can move back in. They do this so you can't establish residency. All I know is it cost me a lot of money to move out. My rent has been fully paid always on time. It's real troubling and expensive.
