Hideaway Lake & RV Park

Saw a coyote here once, freaked me out.

I am long term. Very nice and quiet. Love the view and like walking down to fish. So glad I can call this home. If you are looking for long or short stay. This is very nice. Thank you.

We stayed for a month and loved every bit of it. Very beautiful, relaxing, peaceful place. love that it’s more hidden. Owners are very very nice!

I would highly recommend staying at the Hideaway Lake rv park whether it be a few days or long term. It’s so peaceful with beautiful views. It was very clean and the owners are the sweetest people you could ever meet! I will definitely be back!

Hideaway Lake is a great, clean, quiet RV park with a small lake and lots of geese, deer and other wildlife—tucked away at the end of a road, half mile south of Heavener and only 10 minutes from Poteau and Lake Wister. The RV Park is just opposite the Heavener Village Park with a playground, skateboard area, basketball court and more. Fun for the kids. Not far from the Talimena Scenic Drive, Wildlife management areas and Ouachita Mountains. Well-kept full hookups with sewer and space between sites. Owner just put in a laundry room. We are new to the area and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this RV park as a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
