this was a fine place to stay for a few days. the staff were friendly, as well as who I assume are seasonal campers, always saying hi and being kind. It’s a smaller campground with a nice little pool. The bathrooms & showers were always nicely cleaned. The only thing I noticed here that I didn’t love is just how close everyone is to each other. thankfully it wasn’t packed during my stay, but the tent camp sites seemed like they were right on top of each other, and many of them seemed like there were no good places to park a car on site due to size or terrain, or on the path because it’s so narrow. If you’re looking for seclusion during your stay you won’t really find it here. Regardless, it was quiet and peaceful and was great for needing a spot to camp last minute.
This is our second time here and it’s so fun. The pool is nice and clean. The staff are so kind and friendly. Everyone is like a big friendly family here. For the 4th of July, the staff had a complementary cook out, with a fireworks display. We’ll be back again !
Great campground staff. Not so pleasant arrived late. I was allowed a late Check-in which was very convenient for me. Not complaining about that. Special circumstances has me needing to leave early and unfortunately, their staff was extremely rude about talking about A. Refund for my 3rd day, knowing that I was going to lose 1 day so so I can see why they have declini needn't campers like their staff stated they don't care much about their campers. Unfortunate. I'm not prepared for 3 inches of rain I'm going to lose a $160. Safe to say that I would never camp here again
This place is a little diamond in the rough. It has a tiny little pool filled with great people; mostly seasonal people hanging out but they are a great group of people; very welcoming and friendly. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and well-maintained. We were out in "the field" with our travel trailer which is next to a busy road near The Weir's, Octane, and Funspot. We only had a power hookup but we had the best time out here. As a matter of fact, I'm writing from beside the the campfire now. Owner's are great, laid-back folks and the day staff is so friendly. We asked to return on a weekend in August at, what what we learned, will be a busy weekend for Soulfest. They managed to squeeze us into a spot in "the field." Fine by us! My only negative was that GPS brought us 200 yards beyond the entrance. We eventually figured it out. Thank you guys for a great weekend. PS. Apparently this is the place to be during motorcycle weekend. Front row seats for the show on the street . It's right across the street from Funsport and Octane.
