This is a great place to live year round or be a snowbird. A lot of great friends here. Plenty of activities to keep you busy or relax at the heated pool. Beaches are close by. Was expecting an RV resort, not a mobile home park with camp sites. Call them first, the website says sewer hookup, but our had none. But since they close at 3pm, there was nobody to talk to all weekend. Not always a deal breaker, but a phone call on the next business day would have been nice.

Just don’t make reservations. They will take your money be nice and send you on your way. I lost hundreds of dollars. I wanted to move the reservation 27 days in advance. Nope what a waste

This is an excellent place to stay. The staff especially Jerilyn Martin (Administrative Assistant) are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized. Very reasonable too!

We arrived Saturday June 1 at 1:30. To find a locked office. We checked the hall to see if a packet was left fo us, as our site was 218 subject to change. Nothing was left. We had to find the site. Went ahead and set up , it would have been nice to have a site nap, passwords etc.. Been traveling our great country for 8 years and this was a first for us.I believe camping etiquette also applies to management
