No WiFi, small spaces, not allowed to place a mat on the ground, only 1 urinal in the men's bathroom, could use new shower curtains they were old. Office indicated that the urinal has been out of service for several months when I informed them that it was out of service. One of the sinks cold water faucet didn't work. It's after labor day, owner had all year to get some of the things repaired. I hope that management do something. I do like the location.

This is the only RV park I have ever stayed at, and there have been many, that does not allow smoking at your site or in the park. No smoking, at a camping site. Not acceptable in any way. This in a town where they have signs up saying "Keep it country". And they have no WiFi, period. You have to walk across the street to the library and use their WiFi, after paying $150-200 a night for a small piece of dirt - or go up to the lodge which is quite a walk from the RV site. Then when I checked in they said I was not supposed to be there until the next night, yet I had a printout of my reservation showing I showed up on the right day. They said they were full and put me in a smaller site. We stayed for 3 nights, and I wanted to attend a church service on Sunday before we left, so I asked if I cold get a late checkout as the church service ended at checkout. So I would be 30-60 minutes late getting out but still way before check in. Nope, they would charge me a late fee for leaving late. Yet they messed up my reservation and I did not get any reduced rate or concession after the the grief they caused my by saying they had no site for me after I had a paid reservation - and proof of what day I would be checking in. Plus the sites are $155 a night for a small back in site and $200 for a pull through - and they are not large sites. Don't even have fire pits. Jackson needs a KOA or better run RV park.

The spots are close and campers are continuously walking through our site. High prices, like most places in town. Gravel is messy and full of weed, grass is mostly dead. The pool is awesome.

Well I uploaded photos of our view of the garbage outside our campsite. There must be 200 trailers here with only three 2 foot by 3 foot shower stalls. No handicap stall. And out of the three only one shower has an adjustable hot/cold dial that functions. Just don’t drop your soap! Location is directly across street from the Covid testing at the library. And the pot holes in the gravel streets are so deep that we hit bottom. I think our $130.00 per night price tag was a rip-off. Very disappointing!
