The speed bumps can be better their are a FEW dogs but the pole said NO DOGS OR LOUD MUSIC. but it is amazing their is a park if you have kids!

Alright this post to inform people do not I repeat do not move into this place there's 3 parks in town That is under the supervision of this individual manager she is extremely rude extremely difficult to deal with Absolutely not a good individual I have read all the rules and contracts do not buy a home because you're not buying it you're leasing it with the option to purchase if you pay the full price the contract is not in the best interest of the person that is trying to dye the home It is absolutely designed to protect the landlord and owner Please all I can say is beware stay away stay away because you will not come out ahead you will be behind those contracts are In the best interest of the individuals that is trying to sell Stay away ...

Hard to navigate and speed bumps the size of small mountains. Could use some more clearly labeled street signs within community

They told us that we can’t have dogs in the trailer but I see people having bigger dogs than mine I just don’t think it’s fair they said if we have dogs we will get evicted.

Manager is very strict hate living here complains about everything has no maners or respect twords the ppl living here especially the Hispanics i always pay rent on time make sure my property is clean no visitors or loud music. I don't even let my kids outside but she always finds something to b!+ch about i do not recommend living here
