Cairns Villa & Leisure Park

Tourists coming to town...DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is the biggest ghetto in Cairns. Should be shut down. Trust me, im a local and want to keep you and your belongings safe. Stay somewhere like Ingenia Resort, or NRMA. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Just me and my 15yo daughter for two nights, very affordable and at the last minute. Electric bbqs available for use were everywhere, so I caught up with friends from my teen years. It was lovely. I wasn’t given the room I had booked online and the lady at the desk did not inform me I was placed elsewhere. When I went to query, her shift had already finished. I assume I was speaking then to the owner who went so far above and beyond for me, to ensure this oversight, wouldn’t dampen our experience here. I truly did not expect this and was so so grateful. For what I paid, I was very happy with the level of service we received. The rooms were spotless, spacious with multiple air conditioners, soft linen and comfortable beds. Its a great base camp too with its location. I appreciated the secure boom gates on arrival. I would definitely return and stay here on my next holiday to Cairns. It was quiet and we had zero problems. The pool was great too. Thank you!

It has kids running around everywhere they are not supervised. Not enough bins for how ever many stay in one unit with kids. Management are aware of health concerns but don't care. They also charge to much money for parents who are struggling as it is. Health and safety will know about this soon enoughShut this place down or it will be reported.

Front desk is never open, toilets and amenities are absolutely filthy, the roads and pathways are run down with huge potholes which I sprained my ankle on and the amount of vagrants constantly partying and asking for money and cigarettes. This place is not safe to stay at avoid at all costs. Also they never answer the staff mobile phone and reception is not open on weekends. The reception if filthy with graffiti strewn all over it and multiple piles of stale bread they give to all the vagrants

We have stayed here for 5 nights. The toilets and showers are in excellent condition. Very quiet park. The amenities are cleaned every day and the staff are very helpful. I would recommend this park to anyone.
