Scone Camping And Caravanning Club Site

This is our second visit to Scone C&C club site in a Month. The warden Garry who took our booking over the phone and by chance greeted us when we pulled into the site was absolutely great, he was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Which is far different from the reception we got on our previous visit. My wife met the new site manager Graeme and was impressed by his attitude to changing little things on site during his time there we wish him luck and hopefully we'll be calling back here on our way North when the site re opens in March.

Lovely well kept site and helpful & friendly staff. Nice walks from the site. Very nice facilities. We will certainly visit again.

New roads with cycle lanes surround the area. The entry is via the racecourse which was a bit confusing. Just down the road, an Aldi and M+S food shop, screw fix etc, but it's a car ride, beyond most people's walking limit. The site was lovely as we're the staff will definitely be back.

Second visit. Great site. Very verdant. Lovely staff. Flat grass pitch; would have preferred a quieter pitch further from passing traffic but the site was almost full, so "thislldo". Comprehensive information room. Many tentative campers. Very easy access with new road opening.

Great easy access facilities, in fact the best I've used on a campsite. This site is right next to Perth Race course, there's plenty of places to walk dogs but the site isn't near any amenities so you need to be self sufficient with groceries. The site was clean well laid out and the wardens were an absolute pleasure to converse with. Top marks ccc.
